The heart of Bluebird Escape is its main living pavilion — a spectacular open-plan space where kitchen, dining and lounge areas are warmed by a large wood fireplace. On one side, a rock wall built from stone collected on the property. On the others, floor-to-ceiling glass framing the bush and valley beyond. A spectular space.

The kitchen is designed for serious cooking. Eight metres of stainless steel bench space. A four-metre dining table that seats your whole group comfortably. A 90cm electric oven and gas hobs. A complete array of pans, pots and utensils and everything else to cook up a storm. An espresso machine and premium beans. Everything a dedicated cook could want — just bring your food, everything else is here..

A BBQ and outdoor dining area complete the picture for long days and evenings outside.

Bluebird Escape has five bedroom options in pavilions sleeping up to 6 at standard rates; larger groups by inquiry. Each bedroom has quality linen, hotel-grade bedding and views of the bush or valley. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating.

Following are typical accommodation options:

• up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom - Ideal for couples or solo

• up to 4 guests in 2-3 bedrooms - Couples, families, friends

• up to 6 guests in 3-4 bedrooms - Groups, larger families

All configurations include exclusive use of the full 110-acre estate, main pavilion, court, and all outdoor areas. The only limitation is the number of bedrooms which may be used based on the guest numbers above.

Valley King (👤-👤👤)

King bed with walk-in robe. The Valley King presents sweeping, uninterrupted views across the Wollondilly Valley, bushland and lawns — the prestige room of the estate.

Valley King and Bush King share a large dedicated bathroom — double shower, double vanity, beautiful bush outlook — located between the two rooms.

Bush King (👤-👤👤)

King bed with beautiful bush views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Bush King shares the large dedicated bathroom (double shower, double vanity) with Valley King, and sits under the same roof — ideal for friends or family who want to stay close.

Large separate bathroom with double showers and vanity shared by the Valley King and Bush King.

Ridge King I - New standalone pavilion (👤-👤👤)

Ridge King I is its own private standalone pavilion with king bed and ensuite bathroom with large shower. Architecturally designed and appointed, it has valley and bush views. Completed in 2026.

Sleeps 1-2. King bed. Private ensuite: shower.

Ridge King II - New standalone pavilion (👤 - 👤👤)

Ridge King II matches Ridge King I in quality and outlook — its own private standalone pavilion, king bed, ensuite with large shower. Both Ridge pavilions are identically appointed: same quality, same views, complete privacy from each other. Completed in 2026.

Garden Queen (👤 or 👤👤)

The Garden Queen has a queen bed and private ensuite. Located off the courtyard with bush views - a private retreat within a retreat. The quietest corner of the estate — ideal for a solo guest, a couple wanting privacy, or as an additional room for larger groups.
