Rates

Bluebird has flexible lodging arrangements to suit your group. All configurations include exclusive use of the full 110-acre estate, main living pavilion, court, and all outdoor areas. The only limitation is the number of bedrooms which may be used based on the guest numbers described below. A flat cleaning fee applies for each stay.

Bluebird Escape has a minimum stay of two nights - three nights minimum over public holiday long weekends.

Up to two guests in one bedroom - $580 per night

Ideal for couples or a solo retreat. The Valley King is the most popular choice of bedroom.

Up to four guests in two or three bedrooms - $680 per night

For example:

• Valley King + Ridge King I - each bedroom has its own bathroom; or

• Valley King + Bush King - if 3-4 guests want to be under the same roof and share a large bathroom

A third bedroom (eg Ridge King II) is also available by agreement if an additional room is required.

Up to six guests in three or four bedrooms - $780 per night

For example:

• Valley King + Ridge King I + Ridge King II - each bedroom has its own bathroom

• Valley King + Bush King + Ridge King I - if 3-4 guests want to be under the same roof and share a large bathroom

A fourth bedroom (eg Bush King or Garden Queen) is also available by agreement if an additional room is required.

Bluebird Escape may be able to accommodate slightly larger groups - please contact us to discuss.

Plus a flat cleaning fee - $200 for all stays.

Payment details

Rates above are for direct bookings.

Payment is by bank transfer with a deposit of 50% of your total booking due to secure a booking when booking more than two weeks from commencement of stay, with 100% due two weeks from commencement of stay, or as otherwise advised.

Bookings are not secured until receipt by us of the initial payment required and may be vacated if full payment is not received by the prescribed time.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your booking with a full refund of your deposit at any time up to two weeks before commencement of your stay.

After that, if you cancel your booking more than 5 days before the commencement of your stay, we will retain 50% of the total stay cost calculated at the rack rates above and refund to you the remainder.

No refunds will be made for cancellations 5 or fewer days before the scheduled commencement of your stay.

While cancellations reduce our ability to let the property, we understand that plans can change. If any funds are retained by us under our cancellation policy and we re-let the property for one or more dates of your cancelled stay, we will refund the amount received by us for each such day (up to the amount of your funds retained by us for the relevant days).

Additional charges

Rates are for the number of guests advised to us, sleeping in the maximum number of bedrooms referred to above for that guest number, or as otherwise agreed by us at the time of booking confirmation. Use of additional bedrooms will incur an additional fee of $100 per bedroom per night unless otherwise agreed by us. Please let us know if additional guests join your party or additional use bedrooms and we will advise of the additional costs.

Please report any damage or breakages so we can address the issue for our future guests. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable replacement or repair cost for damaged or broken property.
