The large open plan living pavilion includes a kitchen, and dining and sitting areas positioned alongside a large wood fireplace. A rock wall, built from stone collected on the property, stretches along one side of the room with floor to ceiling glass on the others. A spectacular space.

The “master bedroom” with a king bed and walk in robe. The Valley King presents sweeping, uninterupted views across the Wollondilly Valley, bushland and lawns. It shares a large separate bathroom with double showers and vanity with the Bush King.

The Bush King has a king bed with beautiful bush views through floor to ceiling windows. It shares a large separate bathroom with double showers and vanity with the Valley King. The Bush King is the perfect room for children or friends that would like to be under the same roof as the Valley King guests. Plenty of room to put a cot you bring from home.

Ridge King 2 is Ridge King 1’s sister with its own private pavilion with king bed and ensuite bathroom with large shower. Also architecturally designed and appointed, Ridge King 2 has valley and bush views to the North and East. New for 2026.

Garden Queen (👤 or 👤👤)

The Garden Queen has a queen bed and private ensuite. Located off the same courtyard as the Ridge King 1 and Ridge King 2 with bush views to the South East. Usually reserved by larger groups, singles or those looking for extra privacy and a real sleep in.
